RETURN POLICY (For orders shipped within INDIA)
1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please email us at help@rajdharmasilk.com mentioning your Order ID.
2. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost.
3. If the customer is unsatisfied with the product delivered then he/she can raise a return request from email with us UNPACKING Video at help@rajdharmasilk.com within 2 days from the date of receiving the parcel. After analyzing the reason/reasons for return, if satisfied, Raj Dharma Silk will arrange a pick-up from your place (reverse pick up may not be available on selected pin codes). We have two options for processing such returns :-

- Store Credit– We add amount equal to the product value to your ‘ Raj Dharma Silk’ Account . You can use this credit amount during your next purchase with us. Store Credit will be issued only after we receive back the product and validate the return.

- Bank Refund– We refund the amount minus Rs.100/-(adjusted towards shipping & re-stocking charges) per product in your bank account.
- We need following bank details – NAME, A/C No., IFSC CODE, ACCOUNT TYPE CURRENT OR SAVING, BANK NAME, BRANCH NAME to process the refund. These details need to be provided by the customer along with the mail for return request.
4. In case due to certain circumstances after raising the return request within 48 hours you are unable to return the shipment within the time frame no refund would be made.
5. When you return the product to the courier guy, it is mandatory to take a receipt (physical or through message). In case of lost shipment we will need the proof of return by you.
6. Refund would be processed within 4-7 days after the product is received back to our warehouse in Surat.
7. Items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including but not limited to: BOPP bags, tags attached on garments (tags should be attached to the product in its original condition, if tags are unattached or cut from the product in any means the return or exchange will not be accepted), boxes or tamperproof bags and all other items received by the customer. Any item/items that have been damaged, soiled, altered or not in its original condition will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
8. Return request will not be accepted through any other medium like Facebook / Instagram Chat / WhatsApp chat or Phone call.
9. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available within India on orders below Rs 5,000/-.
10. It usually takes 4-5 working days to dispatch your product.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
1. If unfortunately you have to cancel an order, kindly do so before your order is shipped. You can contact us on +91 8140244882 or mail us on help@rajdharmasilk.com for order cancellation.
2.If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will refund you the entire amount.
SHIPPING POLICY:
Raj Dharma Silk ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24* hrs. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.
For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 4 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the products will be shipped through Shiprocket and may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Raj Dharma Silk is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Raj Dharma Silk continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Raj Dharma Silk reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
SHIPPING POLICY (For International Orders – USA, UK, Canada, etc)
1. Once the order is placed, it takes 3 to 5 working days to dispatch after placing the order.
2. International shipping rates vary by country and by product weight. Please add items to your cart to see shipping charges.
3. So, the estimated time would be 15 to 20 working days for the order to get delivered. You will receive the tracking details once your order has been shipped.
4. Custom and Import duty is the responsibility of the customer. (Customer duty has to be paid within 2 days after the shipment arrives at your location/country.)
5. These timelines may be affected due to current situations.
RETURN POLICY (For International Orders – USA, UK, Canada, etc)
1. If unfortunately you wish to cancel the order, please do it before your order gets shipped.
2. If you have received the product and you do not like it, the same can be shipped back within 2 days and email us the courier receipt with Order ID on help@rajdharmasilk.com.
3. The customer is responsible for sending the product back to our store in Surat.
4. The shipping charges for sending the product back has to be borne by the customer.
5. Once we receive the products, a strict quality check would be done by our team. Please make sure that the original packing is intact when you courier it back to us .
6. The amount refunded to you would be only for the products. 5% of PayPal transaction amount will be deducted from the refund.
7. Refund will be processed in the form of Refund or Store credit (after deducting shipping charges), Store credit can be used for future purchases on our store
8. Once the product goes into customization process the order cannot be cancelled or Return.
